• 32.5 hours per week term time only – Permanent Contract
• Salary Scale S01 Point 21 – 25 (£29,090 - £30,768 gross pa)

Woodbridge Park is on a journey to outstanding and we need outstanding people to join us.  We are a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs and we provide a vital service to the families and schools of Hounslow.  We are proud of our service and we need inspirational, patient trailblazers who believe that every child matters and who will never give up on our amazing pupils.

As our service provision continues to expand to meet emerging needs, we are now looking to appoint a second Outreach Reintegration Officer, based at our CATE Centre in Brentford TW8.  We need a gentle, compassionate professional to support our amazing children and young people in the home and secondary schools within the London Borough of Hounslow, to facilitate inclusion into education.  The role will also include some weekly site based one to one sessions and small group intervention work.

You will need to have use of your own vehicle during the working day, be organised, and have the patience and resilience to remain focused with some extremely anxious, vulnerable children.  Your interpersonal and relationship building skills will be exemplary.
